Image Annotations

Image annotations let you place reference images directly on your wiring diagram — such as photographs of connectors, mechanical drawings, or specification sheets.

Pro Feature

Image annotations require a Pro subscription.

Uploading Images​

Before placing an image, you need to upload it to your library:

  1. In the toolbar, open the Annotation menu.
  2. Click Manage Images.
  3. In the upload dialog, select an image file from your computer.
    • Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG
    • Maximum file size: 5 MB
  4. The image uploads and becomes available in your image library.

Inserting an Image​

  1. In the toolbar, open the Annotation menu.
  2. Click Insert Image.
  3. Select an image from your uploaded library.
  4. Click on the canvas to place the image at that location.

Resizing and Rotating​

Double-click the image to enter transform mode. Four corner handles appear. Drag a corner to resize the image while maintaining its aspect ratio.

Moving​

Click and drag the image to reposition it anywhere on the canvas.

Deleting​

Right-click the image and select Delete from the context menu to remove it from the diagram. This does not delete the image from your uploaded library — you can insert it again later.
